Current Positions

At our 2 June 2026 Annual Conference, Recognition is the Beginning, we launched the Britain Palestine Project’s Statement of Principles – a concise call for equal rights, dignity and security for Palestinians and Israelis, grounded in international law, accountability and Palestinian self-determination. We are inviting supporters, academics, artists, campaigners, faith leaders and public figures to help bring these principles to life by recording a short video reading an excerpt or sharing a brief reflection on what they mean to you. Every voice helps amplify the call for a just and lasting peace.

The Britain Palestine Project (BPP) affirms the following Principles as the foundation of our advocacy:

  • Ending the occupation and enabling Palestinian sovereignty
  • Universal application of international law
  • Palestinian self-determination and political representation
  • Parity of esteem and equal rights
  • Engagement without complicity
